American Walnut tree and its allies are well known for their attractive timber as they poses significant color diversity and are dense, hard and polishes to a very smooth finish.The colour ranges from a dark chocolate color in the heart wood to creamy white in the sapwood and some palette of intense brown hues unto light beige. When air-dried this wood can become a rich purplish-brown but when kiln-dried, tends toward a dull brown colour. Due to its colour and grain, it makes a distinct individual floors and a prized carving wood. It would definitely add a classy to your floor and make it look magnificent.
